Automatic industrial manipulator
Drying is generally used as the last process of surface treatment, depending on the customer’s use requirements and whether the drying process is required. The drying box is made of a combination of carbon steel and steel sections welded together, the exterior is covered with an 80mm post insulation layer. It is equipped with a left and right automatic double door and burner heating system, and is equipped with anti-bumping blocks on both sides of the door track. Additional drying boxes can be individually customised according to customer process requirements.

Customizable function tank
PP grooves, including pickles, washing grooves, rinse grooves, etc. The inner side uses a 25mm thick PP board, the outer steel is covered with steel, and the PP inner tank and steel structure are connected with a tank. Depending on the use temperature, the outer layer is covered with insulation cotton as a tank insulation. The groove is about 8 years in service life. The PP tank part can be customized or replaced according to the needs of the customer’s use needs.

Pickling line steel structure
The steel structure adopts factory production;
After arriving at the site, high-strength bolts are used to connect according to the diagram, which can ensure good bearing performance and shorten the construction period;
The steel structure is arranged on both sides, and the track is installed on the top for the manipulator to walk;
Install the trolley line power supply device to supply power to the manipulator;
The surface of the steel structure is painted with anti-corrosion paint, and the specific color can be based on the requirements of the buyer;
All steel structures have been tested by flaw detection.

Fully enclosed pickling tunnel
The top of the tunnel is equipped with vertical sealing strips. The sealing strip uses a 5MMPP soft board. The soft material has certain elasticity and has strong corrosion resistance. The tunnel structure is supported by steel cable connection and PP tendons. The top of the tunnel is equipped with anti -corruption lighting, and a transparent observation window is equipped on both sides. The operation of the acid mist tower fan causes negative pressure in the tunnel. The acid mist generated by the pickling is limited to the tunnel. The acid mist will not be able to get out of the tunnel, so that there is no acid mist in the production workshop, protecting the equipment and building structure. Nowadays, the tunnel sealing effect of most equipment manufacturers is not ideal. In response to this situation, the sealing tunnel can be transformed alone, but the acid mist treatment tower is needed at the same time.
